The Day Of The Red Dinosaur

I met Sir Red Dino by accident in San Francisco on March 28th, 2005. "WHAT YOU LOOKING AT?" was the roaring sound I heard behind me. I turned around and saw a real live living dinosaur, a very cute one, right before me!

Closeup of a leaf – yellow, green, brown, and other shades

This fell outside my door. I tried taking pictures of it in its current spot, though they did not satisfy me. The focus on certain parts, and not everything, kept making me get more happily hyper and enchanted.
Finally, I brought the leaf in and did some shots near the kitchen floor. This one I like the best. I love good macro shots, and my poor camera is doing its best. The middle focus on brown, yellow, some green and their and other shades is very beautiful to me. Looking at this picture tells me I love life and I like this flower. It is resting on top of the fridge now.

The shining circular light – an angle

Like other things in life, it seems to be sitting in the same place all the time. A very circular, sophisticated-exterior owning of a light bulb. The cover on the outside does two things: add brightness in the surrounding area, and for anyone looking at the light, create a form of complexity that any observer can maybe admire and learn from.
When you are close to the light, you realize how dark other things around the light are, and how hard the light is working at making everything visible in a bit better perception around us. It made me wonder about a lot of things, including whether it was yellow light from within, or if the outer cover was yellow that transformed the original light into a new color. I wonder if the bulb inside feels lonely and wonders who may or may not be looking at it or thinking about it. At least now it will know that I thought about it. :)

Then, now & next – Me with water drops

This is my life. A very beautiful life in my view. History, realization, and uncertainty. Slowly and surely, the history has become less important, and realization and the uncertainty have become the final frontiers. Maybe it is because I have realized the uncertainty of history and how it can have little role on today and tomorrow. Yes, that is probably it.
I like driving. I like driving in the rain a lot. Actually, I love the rain, and I love being in the rain a lot. So maybe this picture is to celebrate and congratulate the rain, me, and the car. While I drive enclosed within this sheet of metal, it is enjoying the rain pouring on it. If only I had a waterproof camera, I would be taking pictures of my time spent directly in the rain also.
